With a custom floor plan, you will be able to have your project estimated by the builder or contractor of your choice.
Drafting services are charged hourly
Exact hours depend on the scope of your project and how many revisions will be requested through the process.
A non-refundable deposit will be requested at the beginning of the process for the initial site visit and consultation of the scope of work.
